Sprucing Up Amenities with a Rooftop Golf Green
When RFR Realty in Stamford decided to spruce up their amenities at Two Stamford Plaza, a rooftop putting green was a key element of their initiative.
To help put the plan into place, RFR enlisted Eastern Land Management (ELM), an award-winning, single source provider of commercial landscape management. ELM installed the putting green on the fourth floor of Stamford Plaza. The artificial 2,300-square-foot, eight-hole putting green resides within the nearly two acres of the plaza’s rooftop landscape as part of this urban oasis.
