As our company continues to grow, strong financial leadership is more important than ever. That’s why we’re excited to announce the promotion of Bridget Spiegel to Controller — a well-deserved career move that became effective at the beginning of 2026.
Since joining the company as Assistant Controller, Bridget has helped strengthen the financial foundation that supports our day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Â Her promotion reflects not only her expertise and contribution, but also our commitment to developing talent from within and creating opportunities for team members to grow with us.
In her new role, she will partner closely with President & CEO Bruce Moore Jr. and our leadership team to help ensure the financial discipline, visibility, and operational support needed for ELM’s next chapter of growth.
Bridget  brings more than eight years of financial leadership experience across the construction and production sectors, where she supported the financial and logistical demands of high-volume organizations. Since joining ELM as Assistant Controller 3 years ago in 2023, she has played a key role in strengthening internal processes and improving reporting visibility.
“My background in construction and production management taught me that profit is found in the field, but survival is determined in the ledger,” said Bridget. “The best financial systems are the ones crews never have to think about because they simply work.”
The company’s culture of accountability and transparency is central to her long-term commitment. “Bridget understands both the operational and financial sides of the business,” said Bruce. “She has earned the trust of our teams through her consistency, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting the people doing the work every day.”
Under her leadership, the company will continue focusing on operational efficiency, scalable systems, resource optimization, and financial processes that support long-term growth while maintaining its relationship-driven culture.
Bridget is from New Rochelle, New York, and graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting.
