Among the milestones that kicked off 2026—and our 50th year in business—was the appointment of former Senior Area Manager Andy Britell as Branch Manager, overseeing Westchester County and the greater New York metro area, one of our most dynamic regions.
Andy’s approach reflects a simple principle: strong, sustained growth is built on relationships.
His leadership style combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution—an approach that continues to deliver award-winning results for clients. As he notes, “The smile on a client’s face when everything comes together says it all.”
A Connecticut native, he was born in Danbury, raised in Westport, and educated at Fairfield Prep. He has called Norwalk home for the past 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Rhode Island.
