Eastern Land Management recently welcomed Eric Morholt to lead its business development program and further a relationship-driven approach to long-term client growth.
“We’re doubling down on leaders who understand that trust is earned over time,” said President and CEO Bruce Moore Jr. “This is a people business, and strong relationships show up in real results—better retention, deeper engagement, and long-term value. It comes down to showing up consistently, working as one team, and raising the level of service our clients experience every day, across every property.”
In his new role, Eric will focus on issues that matter most to property and facility managers—the role of well-managed green spaces, healthy environments, operational efficiency, and long-term performance. “I’m proud to be part of a team that’s recognized for both the quality of its work and it commitment to clients,” he said. “There’s a real opportunity to listen, learn, and help clients create landscapes that are not only well-maintained, but high-performing and cost-effective over time.
Eric is a Stamford resident, an avid golfer, and a graduate of UConn–where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
